1. show up make up free
No need to apply makeup before your appointment ladies. The transformation will happen right before your eyes, literally! Please, no makeup of any kind and definitely no curling or manipulation of any sort to the lashes. Makeup and oils will interfere with the proper application of your individual lashes and may cause premature lash fall.
2. BEAUTY TAKES TIME
Patience is key! Semi-permanent eyelash extension installations can take a really long time (up to two hours), and even longer for clients who are removing, refilling, or reinstalling new lash extensions. Our lash technicians are prepared to give your lashes undivided attention during this time

Be prepared to lay very still for a very long time. Eyelash extensions can take up to two hours to install so we understand and would not be offended if you drifted off into a well-deserved beauty sleep. Expect an even longer installation time if you are removing and reinstalling lashes.

Different at first, for sure! Your lashes will be lightweight and natural feeling but you will definitely notice the difference in your new length.
5. NO WATER ON THE LASHES FOR 24 HOURS
Huge No-No ladies! Postpone your workout for 24 hours and get creative with your face washing technique. Sweat, water or anything that causes moisture on the face or lashes can interfere with the drying process of your lash extensions. You need a minimum of 24 hours to allow your lashes to dry. The result of improperly dried lashes is not sexy. This is the number one reason for short-lived lash extensions and premature fallout.

You'll want to use lightweight cleansers and moisturizers on your face and avoid super oily products that can cause buildup or residue around the eyelash area. The object is to keep the lashes clean and clear of products that can cause the adhesive for your extensions to loosen.

The length of your new lashes will take some getting used to, especially when it comes to face washing. Wash your face in a way that cleanses your skin without directly rubbing or pulling on your lashes.

How is it that you can look both glamorous and natural at the same time? Lash extensions will do that for you. For the best results and long-lasting lash extensions, we recommend avoiding mascara of any kind and powdery eye shadows. The residue of sticky mascaras or eye makeup can clog up your individual extensions, interfere with the adhesive, and make it extremely difficult to maintain your extensions without damaging your natural lashes.
9. Love your lashes daily
Your semi-permanent lashes can last up to two weeks with proper care. With your new length and volume, your lashes will need to be brushed and detangled daily. We do not recommend mascara being used on lash extensions.
10. There's only one way to remove lashes
Your lash extensions should be removed the same way they were installed, professionally! DIY lash removal is a big mistake as it can cause permanent damage and loss of your natural eyelashes. Semi-permanent lash extensions will naturally fall out one by one over time. If for some reason you wish to remove your lashes before they fall completely, we are happy to remove them properly for you. But if you're totally loving your glam look and want it to last a little longer, book your lash refill appointment.
