Appointments
We are appointment based and looking to give you one of a kind spa experience.
Clients can schedule appointments through the automated scheduling system on our website. Due to appointment demands, SKIN’s appointment calendar opens on the first day of every month at noon.
-Appointment reminders will be sent via email and text 48 hours before your scheduled spa experience. Please follow instructions within the reminder message to confirm your appointment and texted 215-416-1467.
-New clients will need to fill out a client intake form upon arrival.
-There is a 10 minute grace period applied to your scheduled appointment.
- Arriving to your appointment late will limit the time available for your spa services. So that you can receive the full experience that we have planned for you, please arrive on time. Clients arriving later than the 10 minute grace period may be asked to reschedule and deposits will not be refunded.
Cancellation Policy
_ ALL DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE
- All No-show and same day cancellations will result in the full payment of service scheduled using the card on file upon booking, unless another form of payment is suggested.
Early cancellations help us give others on the waiting list an opportunity to book SKIN services. Please contact us if you have a challenge with keeping an appointment so we can assist.
SPA ETIQUETTE
We respect the privacy of our guest and focus on maintaining the tranquility of the spa environment. In effort to provide the most relaxing experience for everyone, we ask that all visiting guests adhere to the following spa terms:
-Please help us maintain a relaxed and rejuvenating experience by placing phones on vibrate while in the spa.
-For space availability and privacy, please refrain from bringing others with you to your appointments. Please contact us directly for exceptions.
-No children. Any guest receiving services under the age of 16 must be accompanied by adult
Payment
All appointments require a deposit upon booking online. We gladly accept credit, debit, or Pay Pal when booking online. Cash APP is also accepted for deposits and full payments, please contact us directly for instructions.
-The method of payment used to book appointments will also be used to retrieve any fees incurred
Products & Services
All services are provided and or supervised by a licensed esthetician and skincare professional. We use a professional skincare product line which is also available for purchase at our spa and from our website.
-Prices for products and services will be listed on our website and are subject to change without notice.
-Sales and specials are offered periodically and advertised on our website or social media.
-Discounts or special prices are valid during the limited time frame specified in the sales description.
-Please contact us directly for questions about pricing for services or products.
Gift certificates
Gift certificates are valid for up to 6 months from date of purchase and can be redeemed towards any SKIN® spa service.
Health concerns
Please notify us of any health related conditions, allergies, or injuries that could affect your spa experience with us prior to receiving services.

SKIN® is a private appointment based spa conveniently located in Philadelphia’s Fishtown area. Upon booking your experience with us, you will receive our exact address along with confirmation of your appointment.
returns / exchanges
-All sales are final for skincare and beauty enhancement services.
-Exchanges for unused products are accepted for skincare products purchased from SKIN® spa.
- For website purchases within 14 days, please Contact SKIN® directly to inquire about returns or exchanges.

Any personal information that you disclose to us in regards to receiving services or purchasing products will remain secure and confidential.
